Our role

Kingswell Energy provides an enquiry and introduction service for homeowners in Greater Manchester and the North West considering solar and battery storage. We are not an installer. We do not carry out technical assessment, system design, installation or quotation. Those activities are performed by our MCS-certified installation partner under a separate agreement between you and them.

No estimates or performance claims

Nothing on this website constitutes a savings estimate, system specification, generation or performance forecast, payback projection, quotation or financial advice. Any figures relating to your property will come from the installation partner following a physical survey.

Information accuracy

Content on this site is provided for general information and is believed to be accurate at the time of publication. You should not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision about your property.

You agree that the information you submit through the assessment is accurate and that you are the homeowner, or authorised to make the enquiry.

Intellectual property

All content, branding and imagery on this website belongs to Kingswell Energy or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
